Rates and Fees
The rates charged will vary depending on the clinicians and the type of counselling service you are looking for (individual, couples, group, assessments etc.) Upon booking, you will be provided the rates and asked if you will be paying put of pocket or through your insurance provider.
Fees are payable by:

Extended Benefits
Please call your provider directly to see if you are covered for counselling services with a registered social worker with an MSW. After paying the full appointment fee, you will be provided with a receipt which can be submitted for your reimbursement.
Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Use the form to reach out to us and we will get back to you regarding appointment scheduling. You may also reach us in the office between 9:00 am – 7:00 pm.
You may cancel or re-schedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments and last minute cancellations will be subject to a fee.
